  I had used them for a few years without any problems, But last year, their service and their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee fell short. They came out to aerate, and generally, you can SEE the actual plugs, last fall, I couldn't tell that they had done any work. They sent someone out to RE-do the aeration, but when that service tech arrived he decided he saw some and wasn't going to re-aerate. To come all that way and not provide the service was quite disappointing. I have since asked to be removed from their mailing list. And Just in case they want to state that they can't find records of us, it's under C. Winter.
